Together with the track owner, we build out the track leadership by providing an experienced StrikeTwo technical committee member and a track facilitator. We then zone in on the critical mass needed to rise to the track challenge. We curate these participants, of course leaving room for individuals to apply for a spot at StrikeTwo if not already invited.
Working with our extensive network of innovators and changemakers, we identify key challenges facing our food system. The resulting problem statements serve as the basis of what we call ‘tracks.’ An organisation or industry player owns the content of the track.
Each track has a track owner AND track facilitator. The track facilitator leads the group through the StrikeTwo methodology, consisting of a variety of interactive design thinking exercises. 4 days of participation in a StrikeTwo track culminates in a 1 year innovation roadmap. Track owners then have the opportunity to pitch to a variety of different types of investors as part of the StrikeTwo Shark Tank on December 1st.
